Cyberlove

by CarlyJoy

Far off in that endless galaxy of space
Drifting minds and thoughts
Blend with the beating hearts that race
To feel the power of their passion

Driven by a force in kind;
Sharing secrets, fears and dreams.
And the body floats as does the mind
Within that sphere of means

To feel the touch, that sweet caress,
Stroked lightly by the spoken word;
Pulsing images in the mind progress
To raise the spirits pleasure.

Emotions rampant - running wild and free...
Possess our hearts and souls;
We find and reach the heat of ecstasy,
Love shared - you and I alone.

As the gentle fall begins its flow
Softly through the shadowed silence
Two hearts that beat in afterglow
Slip slowly from seclusion...

This kind of love comes with a penalty
Of heartache, anguish and despair;
The harsh and painful truth that is reality
Grieves, for a love not meant to be,

Yet again and again we yearn to soar
To be as one for a moments treasure,
To fly with hearts that hear the roar
Of Cyberlove's planned endeavor.
