Thanks to Paul Andrews. Lie Back and Enjoy It (tracks 2-5) from Paranoid Dave in Norwich. New session by Anaconda, repeated on 9 Aug 1985. From the recording, the date is only definable as soon before June 1985, as there's an ad for the Return to the Knebworth Fayre on 22 Jun 1985 with Meat Loaf announced as joining Deep Purple on that bill and Tommy mentions an upcoming Anaconda gig in Glasgow on 15 Jun. He also mentions that Scorched Earth are "this Sunday" at the Marquee in London.

24 May 1985 This show listing is believed to be complete, though it may not be. Thanks to Paul Andrews, whose recording runs from tracks 16 to 26, overlapping mine. My recording is even shorter, running from tracks 15 to 20. The earlier tracks are an educated guess from the repeat broadcast of this concert on 30 Aug 1985, which I do have in entirety. The concert is Bryan Adams from the Hammersmith Odeon "just a few weeks ago", which the repeat broadcast dates to 20 Apr 1985. It's possible that there are tracks before the live set, but that's doubtful. The Friday Rock Show Wiki (fandom.com) lists this concert as being broadcast on 24 May 1985. Tommy's comment that he saw Gary Moore & Phil Lynott on Top of the Pops the previous night (the Thin Lizzy Guide lists 23 May 1985 (thinlizzyguide.com) for that) backs that up.

The Friday Rock Show Wiki (fandom.com) lists the Bryan Adams concert as 24 May, so this must be 31 May.

Tommy adds a happy birthday to John Peel (born on 30 Aug). The intro mentions additional tracks by Malice, Ruffians and Tormé. After the Helix track, Tommy also states that he'll end the show with another track from Gary Moore's new album.

Fun times. So, best guess here. It could well be that some of these tracks are from previous weeks and just ended up edited onto the same tape.
